  • Filter material condenses nearer clean air and the depth of the whole material is used for storing dust
Execution:

Separates paint dust from outgoing air protecting outgoing air channels, ventilators and engines from being covered by a paint layer.

For easier identification the side of dusty air has been coloured green.

Material has been equipped with antibacterial dust bonding agent and is used for separating dry particles.

Needlona® – needle felt

 
Needlona® needle felt has been made of synthetic fibre and canvas.
There is a range of products from conventional needle felts used on low temperatures to high-tech products used on high temperatures.
Surface layer and protective treatment considerably increase the usage time and mechanical and chemical durability.

MPS® – Micro-Pore-Size
MPS® is our product range for filtering very fine particles.
Thanks to its filtering system that is directed on the surface area MPS® filter material offers better filtering effect.
Usage of micro fibre changes the surface of the needle felt remarkably bigger, although the weight will remain the same. MPS® filter material that has very small emission values, long usage period and short cleaning intervals is used in chemical and aluminium industry, in electrical/power stations, where very small flying particles must be separated effectively from the moving air.
Typical dust properties and adequate treatment has been brought in the following table:

Code 4:
Smooth/sleek side of clean air.

Glaze:
Smooth/sleek treatment of glaze, that enlarges the active filter surface area in order to achieve lower lost head and bigger filtering efficiency.
X-surf, Si:
Total anti-adhesive treatment to reduce friction between fibre and abrasive dust.
Code 9:
High concentration, total anti-adhesive treatment to reduce friction between fibre and abrasive dust.
CS17®:
Total dust, oil and water resistant treatment to avoid the intake of moisture into needle felt and lower dust accumulation and the formation of dust cakes.
CS18®:
PTFE coating to enable the separation of surface oriented dust. This reduces adhesive friction between filter material and dust cakes. This makes the cleaning process easier and helps to avoid the clogging of filter material.
CS29®:
Total oil and water resistance treatment for protecting filter material from chemical or water aggression; on medium temperatures and with relatively medium humidity CS29 gives solid protection thanks to its excellent oil and water resistance at the condensation of water and acid.
CS30:
Total PTFE treatment for increasing the active filter surface.

CS31:
Total oil and water resistance treatment. CS31 suits all fine dust that become adhesive under condensation point. Active filter surface has been increased and filter cleaning ability enhanced.
CS42:
Total treatment for m-Aramide needle felt: with its high temperature resistance CS42 protects m-Aramide filter material with chemical and water aggression with lasting processes, but also dry products on high temperature and relatively low humidity.
FireGuard® :
Surface layer of high-tech fibre for increasing the resistance of the filter material against flying sparks in the gas flow of the dust collector.
MPS®:
Micro pore size, filter material for filtering extra fine particles.
Epi: mixture added to fibre for reducing antistatic charge.

as: mixture of stainless steel added to fibre for reducing antistatic charge.
ExCharge®:
Antistatic filter material with instrumental matrix: reduces durability qualities much lower than <106, measured according to DIN 54345 /part 1 and part 5/. ExCharge® has been certified by Institute of Avoiding Explosion.
PyroGuard:
