SepaPaint filter
Filtering is not only removing moving paint particles from air flow by finer and finer filter mats.
SepaPaint filters work on a different principle – the air flow that goes through the filter is subject to many sudden changes of direction, during which paint particles of different sizes separate from the air flow.
As soon as the paint particles have landed on the deposit chamber, they are located in so called side-street – away from the air flow and can not therefore move through the filter again.
Using SepaPaint filter the air flow way is left free although the filter is filled with paint. Filters are terminally clogged about when the deposit chambers are completely full of paint.

Usage:
-
Removing paint dust from varnish and paint pulverization appliances.
-
Metal and furniture industry, artificial material and car industry, food industry.
-
For removing wax, tar, glue, adhesives, Teflon, polyurethane, silicone and chocolate.
Execution:
Material properties:
-
Temperature resistance 1000C
-
Moisture resistance up to 100%
-
Inflexibility/ firmness ability thanks to the geometry and high-quality material of the folds
-
Horizontal and vertical positioning both possible
-
Separability up to 98% /depending on used varnish/
Usage principle:

The direction of air flow with soiled particles is changed due to filter structure, particles that are heavier than air adhere to the walls of the filter while air flow moves out through filter gaps.

Structure that resembles an accordion gives maximal surface for saving paint/varnish particles at minimal air resistance.
Paint chamber withdrawal filter – Glass wool - Fiba-fil GW

Special filter material that is used in paint pulveriser appliances, climate systems/air conditioners and in power industry in order to separate dust and misting from the air flow.
The catching of dust and paint particles happens by the means of two main filtering procedures. The first is “obstruction” which separates particles by mini-holes in glass fibre that the particles can not penetrate, the other is “adhesion” which works by treating the fibres with a special adhesive substance.
The aerial connection of motionless glass fibres prevents the material to be compressed under pressure and promotes the binding ability of the material.
The structure, which condensates to the side of clean air, enables the binding of dust and varnish particles on the whole filter surface.
Clean air side has been marked in colour (green/yellow)
Non-combustible according to DIN 4102
Silicone-free
Acetone resistant
Material thickness (mm) 50/70/100
Material matches with all types of paint pulverization appliances irrespective of the used base solvent.
Typically the material is supplied in green/white, but is also available in other colour combinations.
